HIDDEN SECRETS OF Thai Massage with Arno L'Hermitte

All levels

What looks simple always hides something which is not. Thai massage can be a pleasureable or painful experience, depending on the subtle details! Using practical exploration and graceful movement in all traditional Thai massage positions, we will explore fundamental principals such as: how to develop a perfect touch; how to use clear biomechanics; how to use the proper part of our body; how to feel, lean, stretch... We will then integrate these principles into a flowing sequence, in order to develop our intuition and experience a deep understanding of the extraordinary possibilities of Thai massage.
