Yoga is a great way to discover body, mind and soul. AcroYogis go a step further we connect our bodies, minds and souls.

I had my first yoga experience in an English village in 1993. It took a while for me to find the depth in yoga and make it part of my daily life but in 2007 I finally became a yoga teacher (BYV). Since then I had many further yoga teacher trainings.

With acrobatics the love came right away. Joining my first regular class in Berlin in 1999 it just hit me and my acrobatics crush has never stopped since.

In 2005 I got so excited when I read about AcroYoga for the first time in a yoga journal that I didn´t hesitate and travelled six hours (one way) to join a three hour AcroYoga class with Jenny and Jason in Cologne.
It´s wonderful to combine two big passions in my life: acrobatics and yoga - with the cherries of thai massage and therapeutics on top! In October 2015 I completed the AcroYoga teacher training in San Diego.

Currently I teach regular yoga and AcroYoga classes in Nuremberg (Germany) and run retreats in the nearby countryside.
