Never doubt that our path unfolds before us in complete perfection...

AcroYoga had a birthday recently: lucky number 13! In those early days, we knew we were onto something...but we had no idea how far this practice would go or how many lives would be transformed. We found the value of play as a tangible tool for empowerment, human connection, self-inquiry, improved communication, and overall freedom in body and mind.

In San Francisco in 2003, I said 'YES' to sharing my love for Thai Massage and becoming a student of acrobatics when I met Jason Nemer and Jenny Sauer-Klein; yes to collaboration, compromise, visioning, and expanding boundaries. We co-taught workshops and co-created teacher trainings during the first few years of the fledgling practice.

Over a decade later, I'm incredibly blessed for the connections I've nurtured with wonderful humans across the globe, for the physical prowess and agility gained, for the joy of sharing through teaching, and for the profound opportunities to benefit others with a single touch/flight. In AcroYoga we create a sacred space for connection and play as well as a channel for healing touch, safe intimacy and community. The greatest reward is collaborating with fellow playmates and sharing our joy!
